This Fee Schedule is valid 1/7/2025 - 30/6/2026

 $193.99 per 1 hour consultation session (includes 45minute therapy session and 15mins administration time). Additional administration time is added for the initial consultation, this is typically an additional 30minutes (to review case history notes, review reports, and planning). 

$193.99 per 1 hour for reports, team meetings and home programs. 

NDIS travel fee for home visits = $16.16 per 5 mins of travel. 

NOTE: These rates are in accordance with the NDIS Price Limits. 

$260 per 60-minute initial consultation (includes detailed summary notes).

$187 per 45-minute review consultation and ongoing therapy sessions. 

Preschool assessment report: $450

School aged assessment report: $590

If your health fund covers speech pathology services, then you can submit your paid invoice to determine the rebate. 

Ask your GP if you are eligible for an Allied Health Medicare Rebate. There are 2 types:

1.  Speech Pathology services for Chronic Disease Management 

2. Speech Pathology services for People of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Descent 

If eligible you can access 5 sessions per calendar year where you pay the full private paying fee and then submit your paid invoices to Medicare for a rebate. 

Parent Education and Training Groups have a fee of $70.87 per session.

Food Explorer's Club (FEC) and Social Connection Group: 2 children = $164.89 each, 3 children = $145.50 each, 4 children = $126.10 each.
